Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 STAR combines abrasion-resistant SBR construction, static-dissipating carbon black and a copper grounding wire for demanding dry-material handling. ST180AR is the grounded rubber value choice.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
The ungrounded 180AR value choice applies only where a hose-grounding wire is not required. flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire. Do not use ungrounded 180AR where the process requires a positively grounded hose.
Notes: This is the established material-handling progression for compatible railcar unloading.
When a hose-grounding wire is mandatory, use an eligible grounded option from this progression.
Confirm unloading pressure or vacuum, material compatibility and grounding.
