Middleweight blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 535 is the middleweight polyurethane duct. It retains multidirectional routing and visual flow inspection while adding wall weight and, at relevant sizes, suction capability over the lighter 520U.

flexDUCT™ U 545
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Notes: This progression addresses abrasive dust collection at the hose level. The hose is one component of the complete silica exposure-control system.
Limitation: Compare actual collector vacuum with the published rating for the selected hose diameter. Vacuum capability generally decreases as diameter increases; confirm routing as well as the size-specific rating.
Warning: Abrasion-resistant hose alone does not make silica-dust collection safe or compliant. The complete system needs appropriate collection, filtration, containment, maintenance and operating procedures. Correctly incorporate the wire helix into the grounded system where static control is required.
