Medium-duty food grade suction and discharge hose
flexFOOD™ lite 200 ST combines clear food-contact PVC construction with a copper grounding wire for qualified dry-material conveying. It is the lower-pressure option in this progression.
Reinforced urethane food hose
flexFORCE™ U Food Grade combines a food-contact polyurethane liner, synthetic reinforcement, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire. It is the reinforced option for qualified abrasive-material and pressure service.
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
Use for: Portable vacuum service in 4–6-inch sizes.
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Notes: The main progression covers qualified food-contact discharge. Portable grain vacuuming in 4- through 6-inch systems is separate.
The food-contact discharge progression must meet the maximum pressure that can reach the hose. The portable vacuum alternative does not replace a pressure-discharge selection.
Distinction: The main food-contact products cover qualified grain discharge; flexFORCE™ U Food Grade adds reinforcement for greater pressure demands. The flexDUCT™ U 545 alternative is restricted to portable grain vacuuming in 4- through 6-inch systems within its ratings and grain-contact qualification.
Warning: Grain handling can generate dust and static hazards. Evaluate, bond, ground and test the complete hose, coupling and equipment system. Qualify grain-contact surfaces, fittings, seals, product temperature and cleaning conditions for the actual process.
