All purpose chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 300 is the EPDM chemical, water and liquid-waste option. Its suitability depends on the exact fluid; the EPDM designation does not establish universal chemical or petroleum compatibility.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant chemical suction and discharge hose
flexCHEM™ 220 is the SBR liquid-waste and vacuum-truck option. Its smooth outside diameter supports handling, while its construction suits compatible waste streams and suspended solids.
Notes: The primary selection covers an identified grease-trap waste stream compatible with the chosen hose compound. Grease is not a single, uniform chemical service.
Distinction: flexCHEM™ 300 applies when the identified grease-trap stream is compatible with EPDM. flexCHEM™ 220 addresses compatible heavier waste where SBR construction and a smooth outside diameter are priorities. Neither compound is a universal choice for fats, oils or cleaners.
Warning: Grease-trap waste varies in fats, oils, detergents, pH, temperature and cleaning products. Identify the actual fluid and concentration and verify compatibility of hose, fittings and seals. Confirm the selected diameter’s pressure, vacuum, temperature and bend-radius limits.
