flexFOOD™ lite 200 ST combines clear food-contact PVC construction with a copper grounding wire for qualified dry-material conveying. It is the lower-pressure option in this progression. ST200SFG is the lower-pressure value choice when its rating is sufficient and synthetic reinforcement is not required.
flexFORCE™ U Food Grade combines a food-contact polyurethane liner, synthetic reinforcement, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire. It is the reinforced option for qualified abrasive-material and pressure service. The listed STKLUFG value decision applies to the reinforced-pressure requirement.
Medium-duty polyurethane dry material handling hose
Use for: Nonfood recovery without a hose-grounding-wire requirement.
flexFLO™ lite U 100 uses a polyurethane-lined PVC tube for dry-material abrasion resistance and a clear wall for flow inspection. It does not supply a hose-grounding wire.
Use for: Grounded nonfood vacuum recovery in 4- and 6-inch systems.
flexVAC™ U 140 ST is the grounded polyurethane dry-material option for 4- and 6-inch systems. It supports visual flow inspection, but its published vacuum limits are 21 inHg at 4 inches and 17 inHg at 6 inches.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
Use for: Grounded abrasive nonfood vacuum recovery.
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Notes: The main progression covers qualified clean pellet transfer, with Best Value defined for the reinforced-pressure requirement. Nonfood vacuum recovery is separate.
Distinction: The main food-contact products cover qualified clean pellet transfer, with flexFORCE™ U Food Grade addressing reinforced pressure duty. For nonfood vacuum recovery, flexVAC™ U 140 ST provides clear grounded construction in 4- and 6-inch sizes, while flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST addresses more demanding abrasive recovery. flexFLO™ lite U 100 is eligible only without a hose-grounding-wire requirement.
Warning: Plastic pellets and resin can generate static. Verify resin temperature, contamination limits and the selected diameter’s pressure, vacuum and bend-radius limits. Correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the wire-equipped assembly where required; nonfood recovery alternatives do not qualify the main food-contact process.
