Hi-temp ducting and blower hose
flexDUCT™ 620 is the flexible EPDM blower-and-ducting option for compatible air and material movement. Its temperature capability and handling characteristics are distinct from those of PVC or polyurethane duct.
Medium-duty ducting and blower hose
flexDUCT™ 630 is the thicker-wall EPDM option for compatible medium-duty material movement. Its 4-, 6- and 8-inch size range is narrower than that of the general duct families. The 630ED specification table does not establish working-pressure or vacuum values. Confirm those limits before using that option in a powered ventilation system.
General ducting and blower hose
flexDUCT™ 625 adds an external metal wear strip to EPDM duct construction. The added protection addresses dragging and outside wear.
Notes: This EPDM progression is for compatible confined-space ventilation and handling. The wear-strip product addresses exterior dragging.
Distinction: flexDUCT™ 620 favors flexibility and temperature capability. flexDUCT™ 630 adds a thicker rubber wall for internal wear in its available sizes. flexDUCT™ 625 addresses exterior dragging and repeated repositioning.
Limitation: Verify required airflow, air temperature, pressure or vacuum, diameter and contaminants. No general ducting hose is compatible with every welding fume or solvent vapor. Hose selection alone does not establish adequate ventilation or safe confined-space entry.
