Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Notes: The primary selection addresses identified compatible abrasive industrial recovery. Hot residue, chemical spills and unknown materials require their own qualification.
Warning: Identify the recovered material, particle shape, temperature, chemistry, contaminants and static potential. Confirm the selected diameter’s pressure, vacuum and bend-radius limits. Where required, correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the hose wire; static-dissipating material alone is insufficient.
