Middleweight blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 535 is the middleweight polyurethane duct. It retains multidirectional routing and visual flow inspection while adding wall weight and, at relevant sizes, suction capability over the lighter 520U.

flexDUCT™ U 545
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Notes: Use the polyurethane duct family for woodworking dust and sawdust collection. Rated vacuum, routing and internal wear govern the choice.
Distinction: flexDUCT™ U 520 favors portable equipment, moving connections and low hose weight. flexDUCT™ U 535 suits general commercial dust collection. flexDUCT™ U 545 addresses more demanding internal wear and wood-chip service within its ratings.
Limitation: Compare actual collector vacuum with the published rating for the selected diameter. A Best ranking does not mean every diameter can withstand every vacuum level. Routing and supported hose weight must also suit the equipment.
Warning: Address wood-dust and sawdust hazards through the complete collection system. Correctly incorporate the wire helix into the bonded and grounded system where required; hose selection alone does not establish dust control.
