Medium-duty polyurethane blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 150 is the clear polyurethane option with a rigid PVC helix. It adds internal abrasion resistance over general PVC while retaining visual flow inspection and practical handling.
Lightweight blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 520 is the lightweight polyurethane duct with a wire helix and multidirectional flexibility. It suits moving connections and collection systems where low hose weight is valuable. Use 520U when minimizing supported hose weight is the controlling CNC requirement. Do not burden a moving gantry merely to select the heavier ranked product.
Middleweight blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 535 is the middleweight polyurethane duct. It retains multidirectional routing and visual flow inspection while adding wall weight and, at relevant sizes, suction capability over the lighter 520U.
Notes: The main progression is for regular CNC dust and chip collection. Hose weight and routing must suit movement of the gantry and dust shoe.
Limitation: Match hose diameter, airflow, vacuum, routing and supported hose weight to the CNC dust shoe and gantry. Compare actual vacuum with the selected diameter’s rating. Dust control, bonding and grounding must be addressed by the complete collection system.
