General vapor, water suction and discharge hose
flexVAPOR™ lite 101 is the application-specific landfill methane-recovery option. Its flexible PVC construction includes ultraviolet inhibitors and specialized sizes for connections to the corresponding rigid piping.
Notes: This selection is specifically for landfill methane recovery and corresponding rigid-pipe connections. Gasoline-vapor hoses do not replace it solely because they share a product family.
Distinction: flexVAPOR™ lite 101 is the landfill methane-recovery selection. The gasoline-vapor products flexVAPOR™ 120 ST and flexVAPOR™ U 120 ST are not substitutes solely because they share the flexVAPOR™ name.
Limitation: Match the actual pipe outside diameter to the hose inside diameter. The hose sizes for 2-, 3- and 4-inch nominal pipe have inside diameters of 2⅜, 3½ and 4½ inches; nominal pipe size is not hose inside diameter.
Warning: Verify gas composition, pressure, vacuum, temperature, ultraviolet exposure and connection method before installation. Confirm the complete pipe-to-hose assembly for the actual landfill-gas service.
