Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant wet and dry material handling hose
flexVAC™ U Boom ST is the heavy polyurethane-lined boom hose for demanding wet and dry abrasive recovery. Its static-dissipating construction and copper grounding wire support the defined severe-duty role. It is not food grade.
Notes: This progression addresses compatible wet and dry abrasive recovery. Wet or dry describes physical condition, not chemical compatibility.
Distinction: flexVAC™ 180 AR provides heavy-duty rubber construction and broad diameter availability where a hose-grounding wire is not required. flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST balances grounded polyurethane wear resistance and handling. flexVAC™ U Boom ST addresses the most demanding abrasive recovery.
Warning: Wet or dry does not establish chemical compatibility. Identify oils, fuels, solvents, treatment chemicals, corrosive contaminants, sharp debris and temperature. Confirm pressure, vacuum and bend radius, and correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the selected hose wire wherever required.
