Medium-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
The lighter 180MV entry has a narrower size range and lower vacuum capability. flexVAC™ lite 180 MVAR is the lighter grain-vacuum option in 5- and 6-inch sizes. Its 18 inHg vacuum rating is lower than the heavy material-handling options.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Notes: This progression is for compatible gravel recovery.
Identify the recovered material, sharp debris, contaminants and temperature before use. Confirm the published pressure, vacuum, temperature and bend-radius limits for the selected diameter and complete assembly. Connect and test the hose grounding wire as part of the complete bonded and grounded system wherever required. Static-dissipating material alone does not provide a grounding-wire connection.
