Heavy-duty abrasion resistant suction and discharge hose
flexVAC™ 180 AR is the heavy-duty abrasion-resistant SBR material-handling option. It provides strong suction capability in a broad size range, but it does not contain a hose-grounding wire.
Medium-duty wet & dry material remote hose with grounding wire
flexVAC™ lite U Boom ST provides a polyurethane liner, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire for abrasive recovery. It is the lighter boom-hose option and is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant wet and dry material handling hose
flexVAC™ U Boom ST is the heavy polyurethane-lined boom hose for demanding wet and dry abrasive recovery. Its static-dissipating construction and copper grounding wire support the defined severe-duty role. It is not food grade.
Heavy-duty abrasion resistant chemical suction and discharge hose
Use for: Liquid-dominant waste pickup.
flexCHEM™ 220 is the SBR liquid-waste and vacuum-truck option. Its smooth outside diameter supports handling, while its construction suits compatible waste streams and suspended solids.
Notes: The primary progression covers grit-heavy recovery. Compatible liquid-dominant pickup with a smooth-exterior handling requirement is separate.
Warning: Sewer and catch-basin contents may include fuels, solvents, chemicals, biological hazards, sharp objects and toxic or flammable gases. Identify the material and address confined-space procedures separately from hose selection. Confirm operating limits and correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the selected hose wire wherever required.
