flexFOOD™ 210 is the heavier food-contact PVC option. It adds working-pressure capability over the lite 200 while retaining clear construction and a smooth bore.

flexFORCE™ U Food Grade
Reinforced urethane food hose
flexFORCE™ U Food Grade combines a food-contact polyurethane liner, synthetic reinforcement, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire. It is the reinforced option for qualified abrasive-material and pressure service.
Notes: The value choice covers validated nonabrasive pharmaceutical powder duty without a mandatory hose-wire requirement. Grounded or abrasive duty requires the qualified specialist.
Food-contact material statements do not establish pharmaceutical qualification. Extractables, leachables, cleaning, sterilization, traceability and the complete assembly remain process-specific.
Limitation: Food-contact construction does not establish pharmaceutical-process qualification. Extractables, leachables, cleaning agents, sterilization, batch traceability and product-specific validation can control eligibility. A hose-grounding-wire requirement excludes the ungrounded PVC options.
