flexDUCT™ U 535 is the middleweight polyurethane duct. It retains multidirectional routing and visual flow inspection while adding wall weight and, at relevant sizes, suction capability over the lighter 520U.

flexDUCT™ U 545
Heavy-duty blower and ducting hose
flexDUCT™ U 545 is the heavy-duty polyurethane duct for more demanding internal wear. Its pressure and vacuum limits vary substantially with diameter; a heavier wall does not make every size a full-vacuum hose.
Notes: This progression is for dry paper dust, trim and fibrous mill waste. Wet pulp, process water, sludge and chemical-containing waste require a different selection.
Distinction: This progression covers dry paper trim, dust and fibrous mill waste. Wet pulp, sludge, process water and chemical-containing waste require a separate selection based on the liquid, solids, temperature and chemical composition.
Warning: Evaluate the complete dry paper-waste collection system for dust and static. Bond and ground it where required, and confirm the selected diameter’s vacuum rating and routing. This ranking does not qualify chemical-containing or wet mill waste.
