Medium-duty food grade suction and discharge hose
flexFOOD™ lite 200 ST combines clear food-contact PVC construction with a copper grounding wire for qualified dry-material conveying. It is the lower-pressure option in this progression. ST200SFG is the ordinary-duty value choice within its ratings.
Reinforced urethane food hose
flexFORCE™ U Food Grade combines a food-contact polyurethane liner, synthetic reinforcement, static-dissipating construction and a copper grounding wire. It is the reinforced option for qualified abrasive-material and pressure service.
Notes: Use the grounded food-contact progression for grain unloading. A larger nonfood material-handling hose does not satisfy a food-contact requirement.
Size availability never waives food-contact or grounding requirements.
Warning: Grain unloading can create combustible-dust and static hazards. Control dust and ignition sources and correctly terminate, bond, ground and test the complete conveying system. Confirm the selected diameter’s pressure, vacuum, temperature and bend-radius limits.
